As a 'deferred' member, we offer to pay for impartial financial advice. Here are answers to questions about getting paid-for impartial financial advice.

Where can I find more details about when I can retire? (16260)

When can I receive paid-for impartial financial advice? (16261)

This is available now to eligible members through Origen Financial Services Limited (Origen).

You’re eligible for one round of paid-for financial advice from Origen if:

you haven’t yet retired, and
you’re age 55 or over (or you’re over your protected minimum retirement age), and
you live in the UK, and
you haven’t received the £1,000 contribution towards the cost of your own financial adviser.

How can I arrange an advice session? (16263)

We recommend speaking to Origen once you’ve considered your retirement options in detail. You can find more information about the retirement journey on the 'Your options from the ARP' page on the main ARP website.

Contact Origen to arrange an initial call. We recommend doing this once you have received your retirement pack and explored your options on the Retirement Options Tool.

You’ll need to let them know that you’re a member of the ARP and that you’d like to arrange an advice call.
